2000-2020年任职于美国驻成都总领事馆商务处，任高级商务专员。负责美国在西南地区的商务拓展。主要负责航空、能源、交通、汽车、建筑等领域。在过去五年，积极促进中国企业赴美投资。具有丰富的国际贸易和国际关系经验。

曾任职于四川省机械设备进出口公司，参与公司印度尼西亚热电项目，叙利亚水电项目等。历任公司火电公司科长，叙利亚迪士林水电站项目现场副总经理。公司水电公司副经理，总经办主任，总经理助理。
