工作背景
体育赛事筹办：2020至2022年期间担任北京2022年冬奥会与冬残奥会组织委员会速度滑冰竞赛助理，获北京冬奥会、冬残奥会北京市先进个人称号。主责外事工作，包括与国际单项体育组织沟通协调、来访考察接待、竞赛组织、运动员服务，以及志愿者招募、人员培训、竞赛规则翻译、体育出版物编写和赛事运行工作总结等。
公益项目：2016年6月至2019年5月担任北京乐平公益基金会早教教师发展项目经理，负责幼儿园教师培训项目设计与执行。参与筹办200人规模的行业会议，组织70人规模的中美早教行业研讨议并做双语主持。翻译《斯坦福社会创新评论》文章，在《学前教育》杂志2019年11月刊发表《教育扶贫：农村学前教育发展项目的经验梳理与反思》。
留学培训：2009至2012年期间在北京新东方学校担任英语教师/集团培训师/留学规划师，获年度优秀教师奖。曾在美国新绿洲国际教育公司担任留学顾问，为赴美留学高中生进行学业规划、文化融入指导。
影视传媒：曾在北京紫葩国际传媒参与外国电视节目模式引进，对国内影视和传媒行业有一定研究与洞见。
翻译：为多场文化活动提供口译，包括第四届中欧国际文学节、中信出版社新书发布会、《财经》杂志主笔马国川采访法国人类学学者、德国童书作家接受《新京报》采访、北京天桥艺术中心美国音乐剧大师班等。
研究兴趣
对国际教育、教师培训、公民教育与公民社会发展、学前教育、家庭教育、教育创新、终身学习、职业生涯规划、冰雪运动发展及跨文化交流等有一定深度的研究与思考。曾于2013-14年间先后在国际教育协会Institute of International Education (IIE) 参与美国富布莱特学者项目 (Fulbright Scholar Program) 的学者招募及赴中国行前说明会筹办等工作；在非盈利组织 Americans for UNESCO 参与UNESCO项目影响力评估，宣传手册编写校对及理事会筹办等工作；在斯里兰卡高等教育部开展本土大学国际化与私有化的适宜性问题研究。

Her research interests include international education, student exchange, citizenship education, civil society development, teacher training, preschool education, family education, lifelong learning, career development counselling, winter sports development, and cross-cultural communication. From 2013 to 2014, she has had research and internship experience at the Institute of International Education (IIE), where she participated in the recruitment of students and scholars for the Fulbright Scholar Program, assisted in the China pre-departure orientation; at the non-profit organization Americans for UNESCO, she conducted impact analysis of UNESCO programs, compiled program brochure, assisted in council member meetings; at the Ministry of Higher Education of Sri Lanka, she carried out research on the internationalization and privatization of local higher education institutions.
